Pricing questions
A unique traveller record that received at least one model score in the billing month. Repeat sessions from the same traveller are not counted again, and bot traffic is excluded before billing.
No. We have deliberately avoided revenue share because it punishes exactly the customers who get the most value from the platform.
Nothing breaks. You are notified at eighty per cent and we agree a plan change at the next billing cycle rather than charging punitive overage.
Explore is monthly rolling. Navigate is a twelve-month agreement billed monthly or annually. Atlas is an annual agreement.
Yes, and most groups do. A single-market pilot on Explore or Navigate is the usual starting point before a wider rollout.
Standard implementation is included. Custom connector development and private model hosting are quoted separately on Atlas.
