Build the thing travel has been missing
Sixty-two people, half of them building models and infrastructure, the other half who have actually sold travel for a living. Remote-friendly, deliberately small, allergic to theatre.
Remote-first
Work from anywhere in the UK, EU or a compatible timezone. Two all-team weeks a year, in person, paid for.
Real ownership
Equity for everyone, and a decision-making culture where the person closest to the problem makes the call.
Travel allowance
An annual allowance to actually go and use the products we spend all day modelling.
Four-day fortnight focus
Every second Friday is meeting-free across the whole company. No exceptions, including leadership.

Nothing that fits? Send us something anyway. About a third of our team arrived through a speculative email.
How we hire
Four steps, about two weeks, and we pay for the work sample.
1. Intro call
Thirty minutes with the hiring manager. Mutual qualification, not a screening interrogation.
2. Work sample
A realistic, time-boxed piece of work. Paid at a fair rate, and never used in production.
3. Team conversation
You meet the people you would work with and ask them anything you want.
4. Decision
A yes or a no within three working days, with written feedback either way.
Questions before you apply?
Talk to the hiring team directly. No recruiters in the middle, no automated screening.
